living and working in canada

Anyone knows if it's easy to find a job in Canada for persons with no college degree? I am a Filipino but would like to work or immigrate to Canada but I don't know if I can find a job at once in case I go there especially that I did not finish my college degree. Thanks for any bright ideas.
