Do you drink iced tea even in the winter?

Iced Tea - a cool beverage for any season

Why do some people think that iced tea, or sweet tea as some may call it, is only for the summer time? I love drinking iced tea year round! I'm sipping on some raspberry iced tea as I type! Do you see it as simply a seasonal drink?

Sweet Tea - All year around
Oh hunny I'm in the South and it's year round here...lol I'm originally from California and well if you wanted tea it always came unsweetened you had to add the sugar or sweet-n-low. But here in the South it is sweet tea. mmmmm yum all year around.

Yeah.. I was a bit disappointed when I went down south and realized it was nearly impossible to get unsweetened tea! They look at you like you asked for a plate of chicken lips or something! lol

my boyfriend loves to drink slushies in the winter also, but me i preferr them only on a hot day, but i will drink ice tea year round, because it brings thoughts of summer on those cold days.

I love hot tea, I drink it all winter long! But I don't drink iced tea very often. I'm not sure why, especially since I love hot tea so much, but I just usually drink water in the summer. Do you like your iced tea decaffeinated or with caffeine? Mine is always decaffeinated... I don't drink coffee, just my hot tea!

It really depends on the flavor, etc. If I'm just using a plain tea, then with caffeine. If I'm using an herbal tea, it usually comes decaff.

I do n't like to take tea neither in winter nor summer. Iced tea. Hmmmmm. Hot tea is usually drunk. Iced tea. I seldom heard its name. Actually, everything is beneficial according to weather. Iced tea should be drunk in summer and hot tea in winter but if u like to take iced tea in winter then drink it. Obey urself!!! & i think that there is nothing bad in drinking iced tea in a sunny day of winter.

No, I do not. I drink it all the time, but in the summer it seems to hit the spot alot better.

Isn't it odd how some people will only drink certain beverages during certain times of the year. I don't drink iced tea in the winter months. I prefer hot tea.

I drink more iced tea in Winter than in Summer as my house gets very warm and dry from the central heating. I keep almost every flavour in my cupoards, but the respberry is my favourite. I find it is a great thirst quencher and it makes a nice change from drinking water.

I never have found any sort of tea, either iced or non-iced, to be just for one time of the year. I can see why people would rather drink warm tea when it's so cold, but personally I'm kind of an impatient type and would rather not bother to warm up the water for my tea unless I have plenty of time and am in the mood to do so. So to me, iced tea is fine all year round! ^_^

I agree. I love iced tea anytime of the year, except that I don't really like the regular tea anymore. The only tea I drink now is a green tea from Salada. It has red antioxidants in it, naturally decaffeinaited and is strawberry/orange flavored. When I can I put 5 bags in a gallon of water and put it out in the sun. Then I refrig it and fill up a water bottle adding a splash of lemon or lime juice only to it. It has helped me lose weight as well...It's great, you might want to try it.
