Confusion due to tragedies of life ?

me holding lot of confusion over the life due to the tragedies occuring in all over the world and also in my personal life . lot many committments to me . How best I can control my mind so that i can concentrate on the future life. suggest some ways to control mind please?

yes...unfortunately that's how life is. you should relax a little, solve your problems inside then you can face the outer world also...i tried it...it works
