How to get a Paypal a/c?

Anyone plz help me....also is paypal safe....do u need a credit card for a/c

1. visit www.paypal.com
2. You can open account for the time being if you do not have credit card. Once you get credit card, you give card details to them.
3. YOu need to open Premier account not personal account
4. They charge your credit card 1.95$, but this amount they reimburse, once you operate the account.
5. If your earnings in mylot reaches 10$+ then only it is transferred to paypal.
6. If you are in US, you can draw money, by asking for transfer without charge
7. If you are outside USA, to get cheque from PAYPAL, you should have minimum balance of 150$.
8. You can make the payment from paypal to any purchases you make elsewhere where they accept the paypal.
9. For any details, you can use FAQ of paypal.
