Are the rules on neopets too strict? Do you know of anyone that was frozen without cause? Voice your opinion here.

I don't think they are too strict but they do need to have things presented in a cut and dry manner so that people on the message boards KNOW that they are doing something wrong; like starting a chat or party thread. That is against the TOS but unless someone reports it, the people who patrol the area from TNT usually aren't aware of it.

I have never been frozen before. I understand that if you have multiple accounts and use Neopets to gain points you can be frozen. I only have one so there isn't a problem.

I dont think they are to strict. Thats just my opinion though. :)

Yes, the rules are too strict and the staff is ridiculously bad on neopets. people get frozsen for no reason and when you get locked out of your account they are no help. I wanted to play Neopets again last year but the staff wouldn't help me because I had put in a fake birthday in when I signed up. Now why the heck should I be forced to put my real birthday for a stupid online game.
