Is The Joker, one of Batman's fiercest enemies, a Dutch citizen?Is his ID real?

A 35-year-old man from the western Dutch town of Hellevoetsluis convinced local authorities to issue him an identity card with a picture that shows him as The Joker, Dutch news agency ANP reported on Thursday. ANP said the man was working in the security sector and had wanted to show that current rules for identity papers were insufficient. by Reuters Hmm...I am thinking about my picture ID. I really don't like it. Should I have Charlies Angel on?

I would think it would cause alot of headackes for the police and other people that look at IDs. Must be wanting to hide his Idenity and what a joker

you can find easy anyone in USA and this is already scare, imagine when you can find peoples pictures as well....

What ever makes you Happy is okay with me. The joker huh, that's funny, I wonder if he will dress like him too. Never know. I think the Joker was one of Batman's fiercest enemies. I have not read Reuters yet today so the ID real thing, I would say I do not know if this is real.

i know you can legaly change your name but i dont know if you can put a picture of someone else on your id instant of you, the cops may not like that idea, if i am changing my name i want to be lenoarndo from the tmnt lol
