Dream - what is the meaning of your Dream?

No one else can interpret your dreams, only you can. Yes, dreams do mean something but some of them more than others. The best way to interpret them is to first define how they made you feel. Then you can determine what it is that is bothering you. Usually someone or something in the dream symbolizes your issue that you are dealing with. Colors play a big part. When I see red in my dreams it always means like a red flag. Watch out, pay attention. Dreams are really a place where we can act out all the things that we are having issues with in reality. You can practice doing things you would never do in real life...YET. Take control over your dreams and learn from them. Another fun thing to do is to start noticing the people who populate your dreams. They are your spiritual buddies. Some of mine I actually recognize and some of them I don't know now but I know from other times. Don't ever be scared of your dreams. They are yours and cannot ever be anything bad. Just always information for you to use. Take care!

I never dream in color. I wish I did. And I dont always dream or at least I doing remember them all. sometimes I have a dream and part of that dream will come true. I never am frightened by a dream because I know this is not true. Its just my subconscious working overtime.

Dreams most likely canot be interpreted plausibly. Freud tried to interpretate dreams by using the meyhods of psychoanalysis. But he also failed to produce fool-proof interpretation of dreams. Dreams are the matter of our sub-conscious mind and the sub-conscious mind varies from people to people depending on the person's education, culture, social ethos, parental background, intelligence, emotion, perception etc. Different persons dream differently and the dream codes are also different. Dream of one particular event or thing is dreamed differently. It is just beating about the bush in trying to interprete dreams.

Dreams means what you are currently pondering or worried about. It reflects the present you but in its own way which is very difficult to understand or interpret. Do you know that most of the dreams that see would have been forgotten by you in the morning, only those which you see at the time of you wake up only you will remember and dreams are in black and white only not in color.

I sometimes get this dream where that monster from the movies suddenly appears and tries to attack me. I find myself running away from it and finally I wake up when it's about to swallow me! I think dreams mean nothing to me as I've never experienced it becoming true or connected to reality.

The most common explanation I have heard about dreams is that if you keep having a particular thought for a long time, you will even dream about it, because the mind is still working. For myself, I have been working so hard for the last couple of years, I always knock out into deep slumber for the last few years, so I haven't had that many dreams for a long, long time. Is that a good thing? I don't know. Maybe :D

I agree with you to some point, I do belive that dreams are a way for the unconscious mind, to express repressed feelings.

source: kidzworld.com It's hard to know exactly what dreams mean - or if they mean anythig at all. Some "sleep experts" think the way your brain interprets the electrical pulses may tell you about yourself - in the same way an ink blot test can. One of the most famous modern psychiatrists, Carl Jung, thought that images in dreams represent the same things to all people. He called it our "collective unconscious". This kind of thinking has inspired dream dictionaries, which attach specific meanings to major symbols that may show up in you dreams. others believe that the meanings behind your dreams are more personal than that and may be shaped by past experiences. For example, to one person, dreaming about a clown is a positive experience that represents happiness. To another person who is afraid of clowns, the dream may symbolize fear and anxiety. Here are some possible meamings behind major symbols that might pop in your dreams: *Being Chased - chase dreams usually reflect how you are dealing with anxiety in your walking life. *Cartoons - cartoons can symbolized disguised identity. dreams with cartoons in them often represent unknown or deceptive people or situations. *A crush - usually dreaming about your crush has to do with the feelings of warmth and affection you have towards the person. if you're crushing on someone whose face you can't see, it may mean that you feel ready for a BF/GF but don't have anyone in particular mind. *Dad - depending on the situation, dreaming of your father can represent authority or protection. *Dinosaur - dreaming of a dinosaur probably represents something that you feel is too big to handle or scary because it is unknown. *Falling - falling dreams are not considered to be very meaningful psychologically. scientist believe that when we are falling asleep our sense of balance changes, which leads us to feel like falling. this phenomenon even has a fancy name - it's called myoclonic jerk. *Mom - usually dreaming of your mother represents nurturing, protection and comfort. *Monster - monsters can represent parts of yourself that you find uncivilized or ugly. they can also represent fear of the unknown. *Pet - dreaming of a pet is a lot like dreaming of a baby. these dreams often symbolize fragility and dependence. *School - school is a natural setting in kid's dreams, so it usually doesn't have any symbolic significance. whew! hope this contributes a lot! :D

i really like how you have listed all those different possibilities. it has helped uncovering some past dreams. but do you have one that would help me now? like the last couple nights of this week, i have dreamed i am in the woods. i am always in different company and its always different situations, ut im always in the southern part of the and i need to be in the north western part. but last night i got confused and i kept haveing to ask if we should be going to the north western or north eastern. (see some details in dream on my responce on page 5) i dont know, does it mean im lost in life, or does it have to do with the fact i has just walking in my woods a few days ago?

Dear Friends, Yes,the dreams are the only thing which makes the individual to come up with his/her potential.I think it is a great gift of god.Indian President MR.ABJ. ABDUL KALAM told that if you want to become a succeeded person then you want to Dream a lot.In my view if you dream to became as a crorepathi, there is no dubt that u will become as a owner for some lakhs of ruppes. There is one case study who achieved a great success by dreaming,he is now a great scientist in Indian Space Research Center &he is also a Honorable President of india.yes, while in his autobography named"AGNI SIRAGUGAL" ,he noticed that he came from rural village & from poor uneducated family. But i have achieved now because i made a dream to be a scientist in my childhood itself. So,we clearly underatand that the dreams make anything possible.

I'm not sure if your dreams mean anything or not, but there are a number of websites online that interpret your dreams. Several of them have an alphabetical list of specific items you see in your dreams with an interpretation of what they mean. Some of them are pretty amusing.
