How to stop your children from lying and stealing?

My son is almost 15yrs. old and the last couple of months we have had problems with him lying and stealing... He takes his dads ciggerettes has stold $50.00 from my sister. Snunk out of the house at 1:30 in the morning then lies about it. HELP I am going crazy I just don't understand He is a good kid besides these things I know it doesn't sound like it but he is.We have raised him better then this I am guessing it is marijuiana but of course he says no.Has anyone else been in a simular situation and if so any advice is appreciated.

Well you have to descipline him because he might grow old like that and you wouldnt like to have a thief child.

Thank you for your response. We have disciplined him all of his life and always for these behaviors Some may or may not agree but he has been spanked, time out grounded you name we have tried it ...
