i love this site for 'funny by accident' ways.
I generally brush my teeth before breakfast in the morning and after dinner at night. some times i switch it up, just for fun!

I never brush them before a meal, because it leaves a weird taste in your mouth! But I do brush after eating to get all the food out. I brush my teeth before I go to bed at night too, and when I get up in the morning... so I guess I brush them pretty often!

I normally brush my teeth after eating, not before...& yes, brushing definitely is a major factor in maintaining healthy teeth. My grandfather, at age 91, passed away with all his natural teeth, no dentures! & he was a firm believer & doer(!) of brushing his teeth after eating--once he brushed his teeth, he didn't eat anymore. This healthy habit, along with great genes contributed to this, I think =)

I don't wash my teeth everytime before or after eating. I brush twice a day and find it enough to keep my teeth healthy and strong.

That's a good talk on health and hygiene and yes I do take care of my teeth. Another tip would be to gurgle with warm water.
