I've smoked since the age of 16 everyday with the longest period without one only a few hours. I'm 28 now. When I goto bed I start rasping really bad and have difficulty breathing, I get nauseous sometimes from them and headaches, quite often they make me feel ill. Everyone knows smoking is bad. I smoke alot heavier than other people my age something like a 2 for 1 ratio. I think alot about them when I don't have them and cave in ever so quickly and will goto great lengths to get hold of them. I greatly regret starting smoking and hated myself straight away when I first started. It's done now and I have to deal with it. I don't think anyone will be able to help really but if you have anything you would like to say then please post. They have definately already stolen a great part of my life and I assume i'll be an old man still smoking and they will be my cause of death, with the rasping already showing the damage they have done. It would be amazing to be free, though i'm sad at the moment that it's going to require such a great effort which i'm proberly not capable of. Alot of my friends smoke and this really doesn't help either. There are many different problem areas that keep me smoking. Drugs turn people in liars that can't be trusted and who think only of themselves and the drugs. Thats kinda me. Ciagrettes are drugs. What can you do about drug addicts, they are not healthy people and don't take on board or understand rational intelligent conversation. I don't think anyone will be able to help really but if you have anything you would like to say then please post. Message from me a drug addict. P.S. Could someone do something about all the suffering, crime and evil in the world. Thanks.
