Mylot members how do you come up with discussions?

This is what I do if I am watching the News I will make a discussion from that. If I am in a conversation with my friends at home and I think that its a good discussion, I will use it. I will even take a discussion for Mylot, I dont copy but I will turn something that's negative discussion into a possitive one. I might hear something on the radio, to make a discussion. I can be sitting down and be thinking about something, I will jot it down on paper and use it. A conversation that My husband and I might talk about. People say that can't come up with discussions well these are some of the ideas that I have came up with and it works for me. you can tell when you give good post by replys. my way of discussion is being the natural way out. i mean ya the surroundings do effect your thoughts. that is the way your thoughts are rotaing.
when something unusual happen to your surrounding or something that your mind could not settle down early makes you to think a lot. my discussion are more or less come up from the un answered question from my past, present ans future too.
also ,yes the news tern,my college life on going my work and my undiscussed thoughts get featured my discussion.

I completely agree with you on that. As long you have some questions that are worth discussing or concerns that have been bothering you for the past days or weeks or even years, you can always have that opened in mylot so that other people could send in their inputs and you can just sort out which of these responses could really help you or which of the responses have really catered your concern.

Whether its this forum or any of the others I post in, my topics come from things that are on my mind....which usually stems from somethign I've seen, heard, read, talked about etc something will catch my attention and I'll pick it apart in my head and of course end up curious about how others think, feel, would react etc......and there you have it LOL I'm a Virgo so I'm forever pondering things

Many daily bitty matters can trigger my curiosity. Then I record each of them on a note book. I used some of them as subjects of talks in my blog pages. Some hard to soft ones will be posted on mylot as discussions. The opinions I get from mylot responses then in ture become starting points for me to search further details on the www. Then I organize what I find and post them on my blog pages as the content in my writtings. It is something like a cycle.

First of all i don't start discussions too much just answer them mostly but whenever i start I see what is going with me How am I feeling?

Yah sometimes, I do the same way like what you have did. But most of my discussions just came out with my mind what ever Im thinking when Im in mylot. If there's any topic that comes on my mind which is interesting one,Soon I will make a discussion for this.

Generally here i discuss about my own personal problems and queries instead of much of general issues and try to get apropriate answers to my worries but i seldom get... though still i ain't loosing hope so soon and m still trying but i have never till now put something out of like my minds creation and i am proud to be true even in my discussions.... But i do like your idea of discussing on general points that you here r see on the news. Ithink tha way you may/must get a lot of responses. Do you?? I mean get good response on your topics.

I mostly go through the news online and look for wacky, fun, creative, interesting stories. Sometimes I post something slightly more serious, but I mostly enjoy the really wacky and fun news stories that I can find. I figure that even if no one replies, the fact that Mylot has gotten me reading the news more is a really positive thing. I really wasn't much of a news reader before this! *laugh* And I did learn something fun the other day about how pennies might end being worth the value of a nickel here in the USA, simply because I was looking for interesting things to post here at Mylot!! ^_^ I learn a lot here, honestly. I love Mylot! ^_^

well I just learned something from what you said about pennies being equal to nickles. I can see that right now, if you think about it. that's a plus that you read the news more. I learn alot to thank for your input.

I think so but, a few times I made some neg. remarks about Mylot and I got demolited I when from a nine to 8
I had 19.27, one day and the next day I had $19.18, so I quess you have to watch what you say. or maybe the people rated me -

Well i don't force myself to start new discussions or have any quota about it. I am more than happy relpying to discussons because it comes naturally to me as i get involved in the dicussions others write and i like to know other people's opinions.
But yes i initally started quite afew discussions on topics which i was curious about after reading the newspapers bec it sports news, events which is like. Or from day to day happening and i would like to knwo other myoot members opinions on it. Sometimes i voice my concerns, or wnat advice on certian matters from others.
But yes i am thinking about starting new discussions which i feel i relate, or have my concerns, or am curious about.

thnx dude..all these days i have not created many discussions but now after reading your discussion i have some new ideas and i would surely put them here as discussions.i think thats the best deal-to open a discussion on your concerns or things happening around you in day-to-day life..thanks i will really work for it!!

I usually just start one if i have a question i want answered or if i get some idea, like "Oh, this could be a good discussion!" I usually come up with stuff spur of the moment... I had one i wanted to do earlier (another question about life =P) but i forget it now...

Just jot it down so you don't forget it. that's what I do. I always keep a pen and paper around so if I come up with a discussion I write it down.

good Idea. I was reading this one artical in the paper. I used in in a discussion. I might have got about 50 replys, it was interesting, it was about most people leave their job, because of bosses.
