What time do you turn on your computer in the morning?

I never turn mine off,I just leave it on all the time.Some people tell me its good to turn it off sometime, but I dont no if this is true of not.Do you think it is wise to turn it off at times?

im in holiday now.i go to bad 6 am,and i wake up 5 pm after 5 minutes later i turn on the computer. if u ask me that,,what r u doing during the night?? im playing comuter games and modifying my web sites.and also writing some little programs on delphi

I sometimes leave my computer on all night and just turn the monitor off and then sometimes I will turn it off at night and turn it on as soon as I wake up around 5:30am. From what I have been told it is better to keep the computer on all day and just turn the monitor off as it is supposed to preserve the life of the computer and the monitor by doing these things. I know that I am trying to reduce my electric bill cost.

i turn my work computer on about 530 am monday through friday, and my personal laptop is usually on all the time.

I usually turn my computer on, in the morning, at 4-6 A.M.

My family has two computers which are only mostly night and day. *laugh* If one of us isn't online, and I usually _am_ onilne, lol, then one of the others here at the house will be online soon enough. so it doesn't make much sense to turn the computers off. Back before we had cable internet we probably did turn the computers off more often. But since our internet connection is 24/7 now, and one or the other of us is usually wanting to be online, even in the middle of the night, it just makes the most sense not to turn the computer off and on unless it really needs a good reboot. ^_^

I very rarely turn it off but if i do i turn it on about 7 every morning,

I usually turn my computer on any where between 6:00am and 7:30 am. I never leave it on overnight sicne we have DSL and you just never know who might try to get in.

My computer is turned on 24/7. I never turn it off because i use for monitoring my business which is internet based/homebased. So basically computer and internet is my life. Im connected to the internet 24Hrs a day 7 days a week.

I usually leave the computer on all day long. Lots of time its just downloading stuff off the net. Other times, I'm doing "productive" things, like email, blogs and mylot.
