Paid to read/click sites - Do you use them?

These are sites which pay you to receive e-mails and click on the links, or click on links on their websites. Payment for these clicks is generally between 0.1 and 2cents per click.
I am a member of my-ptr.com and penniesbyemail. I have been using these for a couple of weeks, and have earned about 60cents of my-ptr.com and 30cents on penniesbyemail.
Is anyone a member of any paid to read or click sites? Have you had a payout from them? Are they a waste of time?

I have been doing the SendEarnings for quite a long time and I still haven't earned enough for a payout. It sounds crazy but I started treating it like a mini-savings account. The only real way to make money on these is to pay for the offers.

i am a member of a paid email site i have received payment from one of them it wasnt much and it took awhile
