Mom I don't want to go to school anymore!

Every body calls me Jane ( the boy's name is Dexter). They are all bullies. I hate them. This is what the boy tells his mom everytime he gets off the school bus. If you were his mom what will you do? will you rush to the school principal and tell him to do his job and reprimand the boys? Will you move your son to another school? What do you think you will do? (and yes, the mom is a single mom, no dad to go to the school and talk to the PTA)

Oh I would be furious!! First approach that I would take is talking to the school. If that doesnt work I would definately move him. It is unacceptable and no one deserves to be bullied. My sister in law had a child that was bullied and the school wouldnt do anything. What she did was called the police, and the police went over to the bullies house and had a talk with him. That worked really well. You can do that, or move him, but something has to happen.

Bullying is a real problem. It's sad that no one knows how to handle it, it's been going on for years, you'd think the schools would have policies stopping this type of thing.
Anyway, his mom should go talk to the school. Obviously someone there isn't doing their job. Teachers know it goes on, they just don't do anything about it. They need to do something about it. I know a lot of people turn their heads because kids will be kids and they think nothing of it. They're afraid of getting involved for whatever reason it may be. So, someone needs to put them in their places.

the woman should first talk to the school about it. if they don't get off their duffs and do their jobs, find out who the parents of these bullies are and talk to them. if they don't get off the duff, talk to the cops.
bullying in this day and age can have horrid consequense for the perp and the victim, as many school tragidies were started from bullying incidents. this woman's son isn't alone, i'll put my bottom dollar on it. some kids have no one to turn to, or won't turn to parents like this kid is doing.
