when you love someone is it compulsory to tell her your feeling?

It depends on the situation and who do you love. If it is someone that u are already involced with, please do. I know i'm just so happy everytime my husband says that he loves me (eventhough he does that every day!). It is just a way to tell them that they are loved and that they feel secure (no fear of losing). If you haven't got any relationship yet with the person, maybe you ought to be just a little bit brave ans speak up. But again, that depends on the person whom you are approaching.

off course why no .when u love someone it is necesssry to share urs feelongs with her because if u do so there will be no misunderstaniding among u both. which help to make a good relation between u both.

I don't see the point in not wanting to tell her .. the only reason would be if she is married or already in love with someone else .. it will be wiser not to tell then .. otherwise if she is free than what the point in loving without telling?
