Help needed in creating a web page.

I have created a blog on which I have posted information as to how to create a blog.The link for the blog is http://fun-money.blogspot.com/.On blog you can place HTML content.Also if you want to create a site with some dynamic programming done on it then I know of one Free web host, it is 4000webs.com.There we use PHP for programming and MySQL for database.If you want further information then PM me.

There are so many sites that help you build your own site. www.blogers.com is one. You can also try Yahoo geocities.

In order to create a webpage, you need an editor. The most common one that is free is microsoft frontpage. I used that too. If you go on the internet, you can find plenty of sites offering webhosting. Take your time here because they all come with different pricing.
