Do you have a mate/spouse/s.o. that snores? What do you do to stop them? A poke in the ribs? Separate beds (okay, that doesn't stop them, but if you don't hear them...)? Does anyone have a remedy for snoring that doesn't involve a visit to a sleep therapist?

Well, my husband doesn't snore, but I do. It's not surprising considering i have so many breathing problems and such. If I'm being really loud my husband will wake me. I haven't found anything that helped with it. Maybe, in that light, it's a good thing that my husband and I rarely sleep at the same time. I work days and he works nights, so it's usually not much of an issue.

If the hubby is snoring and it wakes me, I will give him a nudge. That usually works long enough for me to get back to sleep.

Thankfully, my husband does not snore all the time and when he does he isn't that loud about it. Because it never bothers me at all.

My ex-boyfriend was terrible!! He snored, but I tried anything to stop him, without success...He was worried about this problem, so he was involved to go to a doctor.
