what punishment should this man get for his deeds?

We still don't know whether he has comitted that crime but it was all confessed by his servant Surinder, who did all these things. I feel that if found guilty, both should be hanged in public and our law should send a strong message to all those who has intent to do these kind of inhuman deeds.
