Bucks night/ Hen's night

Do Eastern races have these disgraceful parties before a wedding. The bucks night is for men and it's usually about getting the groom drunk and humiliating him. The basis for the party being the grooms last night of freedom...what a dreadful attitude to be entering into a marriage with. Some even have strippers or worse. Hen's nights are similar. Lots of booze and silly behaviour. Entering into marriage with someone is a serious and solemn exchange of lifelong vows between two people. How can people make it so unholy?

Well, the best thing is to have the one night marriage parties, where the groom and the bride are supposed to behave as a married couple for one time only, since after the wedding most of men are continuing the same life they did, and sometimes with the stripper they met at their bachelor party.

I certainly think it is a bunch of bull crap to party that way also, I agree with you wholeheartedly....
