Peanut butter cookies

I love those. I have also seen lots of recipes to make them. But since I can't run to the grocery store today, does any of you know a simple recipe for them? The ones I found do not have the ingredients available right now to me.

I got this recipe from one of my friends here at mylot. Its about the easiest I have ever seen. The friends name is deberooney. Here is her recipe.
1 cup peanutbutter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
---Mix together and roll into balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 8- 10 minutes. Let cool on pan.

Wow! No flour and it works? That IS really easy. Well they don't have to look like cookies i guess as long as they taste good. Thank you very much! ^^

I have not tried it yet but she says it works. I guess the egg holds it together. She has many other easy recipes you might also want to check out. I'm not sure if I am supposed to do this but here is her profile page
