I used to make my own bread all the time. There is nothing like home made hot bread from the oven. I don't to often any more because my hands aren't very good. But I want to try to make a breakfst bread that is very good. I get at bakery in the grocery store that my granddaughter works at. It is full of dried fruits and nuts and seeds.

I love baking my own bread. And my aunt makes a gluten free bread that is amazing. I think it's based with a rice flour. My cousing has Celiac's, so she cant' have a lot of normal thing because she can't have gluten.

I thank you for answer to my discussion. I give the full recipe:
2 1/2 cups of warm water
1 spoon yeast
1 spoon sugar
7 cups of soft flower
1 spoon salt
1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of water to dissolve the yeast and the sugar and leave for 15min
add the rest of the water and the flower
add the salt
add the butter
if you want, add 1/2 cup of milk
give shape of a ball, put in a buttered bowl, cover the bowl and leave for 1 hour
heat the oven (200C), cover the bread and put for about 1 hour
then uncover and bake for 20 minutes
