loadshading?

so what do u think of loadshading in nepal . being a 2nd richest country in water we the people of nepal were suffering from loadshading . what do u think it is really water in river was dry or there is anothe thing behind this .its up to u so what is ur's opinion.

its a great problem dat we have now... being da 2nd richest country in water resource dis kind of problem should not happen in our country..i dont know wot are they tryin to do...

yes this is the problem in whole nepal.loadsheding take place every day for 3 hours in nepal.being the second rich in the water resources this sould not be supppose to happen.but the country lack of economy make this loadsheding here in nepal.
