Well I know this is a bit of a strange thing to declare ,but let me explain.I have suffered with anxiety and panic attcks for many years now and I have been of such a journey within myself an learnt so much about myself through the process of experiencing my first panic attack to learning how to control them and why they happen.I really do thnk that through a certain about of suffering we do become free, and see things in a compassionate new light.I know it hell to feel panic and anxiety, but think about this , would you rather go through life without that new found compassion and empathy that you have gained through feeling anxious and experiencing panic attacks? I for one would not.I think I would be blundering through life in a selfish self obsessed way, not really feeling what is going on around me and the pain of others. What do you guys think?

a person must better experience anxiety, stress, pain & panic attack for you to become a normal person.

I know it sounds strabge but i do think so.Only by suffering are we set free. You have to taste bitter to appreciate sweet .You have to feel down to realise when you up.I would personally have suffered panic attacks and have gained some knowledge about my self rather than not. Thanks for your commnet
