how many cups of tea or coffee do you have in one day?

i daily have 3-4 cups of tea!which one do you think is better for health?

I usually have 2 cups of tea a day. I'm not much of a coffee person so that's more like one a week. I think tea is better for your health but only in moderation (it doesn't help if you have 15 cups a day).

i have abt 1-2 cups of tea a day... i have heard tht the harm caused by a cup of coffee is equivqlent to 4 cups of tea... so its coffee which is more bad..
