helo my friend. I love Indonesian food and here is my favourite dish, at least my version of it. It is called Rendang and is quite beautiful. Ingredients 250 grammes of beef 5 shallots or small onions 4 garlic cloves 20 macadamia nuts 1 cm of fresh ginger 1 small spoon of ground tumeric i small spoon of galangal powder 1/4 spoon of ground corriander 1 large spoon of tamarind pulp 4 red chilies 4 tamarind fruit slices 1 lemon grass stalk 1 small spoon sugar 1/2 liter of coconut milk salt to taste method. Boil the beef in 2 liters of water, then cube it . Set aside. Disolv tamarind with sugar in 2 large spoons of water. Grind up shallots, garlic, macadamia nuts, ginger, galangel, tumeric, corriander, red chilies and lemon grass until fine. Fry the mixture with the meat in a little oil stir in the tamarind pulp add salt to taste, boil down until it thickens and clings to the meat. Stir in coconut milk and boil again until it thickens . Turn off the heat and let it stand for two hours and serve with plain boiled rice If you want any more, let me know blessed be
