what is your favourite num num..and can you please spare a moment to give me the recipe if you can..i love this great pleasure that Upstairs has granted us man! i believe in good food, good friends and good intentions.. my favourite recipe is keftethes..greek meatballs.. one kilo mince...beef or lamb.. parsley one bunch and i put one bunchcoriander cos my hubby is chinese and he loves it! 2 large onions.. 3 large potatoes salt pepper a little olive oil.. a little vinegar.. veggie oil or any oil for frying.. 2 eggs grate the onion and potatoes drain the exess water add to the bowl of mince meat..add the two eggs salt pepper..plenty of salt cos it takes it all in..chop coriander and parsley finely..and add..add a dash of olive oil and ninegar into mixture..mix it al very well with two very clean hands lol.. shape into little balls..then put into the hot oil you have in frying pan and cook on medium heat..turning them when they go brown on the outside..check one in the first batch to make sure there is enough salt..if more needed just add..serve on bed of rice with salad mmmmmmmmm
