Are You Afraid of Growing Old?

I am totally afraid of growing old. I do everything in my power to say young and wrinkle free.

I think many of us are really afraid of growing old. But the real question is how we manage our life to aged gracefully and accept the reality that no matter what we do we are ageing. For me the best thing I can do to enjoy my golden age is to prepare for it and accept it wholeheartedly and spent it with someone who dearly love me and with family who cherish me.

oh yes but what can we do .. ? cant help it but i really regret that upcomming life and really wish if we could stay young for ever .... when we grow old we become a head ache for our families n children ... and thus we need special care for us .... and i dont want this to happin i wanna be by my self..

i guess every one is afraid of growing and and ultimately dying its very natural so dont worry infact if you worry more ul have more wrinkles lol so dont worry and be happy

aging is inevitable. you can't stop nor avoid it. just continue on living. and live the most out of it. enjoy myLot! =)
