Why people are not doing this...

Hi everybody out there could u plz tell me why people dont dim the powerful lights of thier cars... since the one comming opposite to them will not be able to see the road ahead because of the powerful lights... one of my friends recently met with an accident and he said that he was not able to see the road ahead because of the powerful light put up by the vehicle which came opposite to him..
.
when u have enough lights on almost all roads what is the need for such eye blinding bright lights....

I hate that so much!! I will actually flash my brights back at them a few times if they don't dim their lights. I think those people need to go back to driving school

The drivers usually dont note the brightness of their light.
Even if they note they will be lazy for dimming it for all the vehicles which are comming in the opposite side.
My suggestion is that bright light is not at all needed.
