I do some yoga, not as much as I should or would like to. I grabbed a box set a few yrs back,one was for AM and one for PM. I found they really helped my migraines.

I plan on getting into it once I hit my second trimester of my pregnancy. The local hospital offers the classes free every tuesday nite.

I've never done it, but occasionaly it looks interesting and i think of getting into it. maybe one of these days i suppose.

I do do yoga for the exersize portion of it. When it comes to time for meditating and what not I use that as a time to pray to God. I find peace and tranquility in doing it...and I love it.
