STEP BY STEP ON CLEANING A MOTEL ROOM

I HAVE A SLOW EMPLOYEE BUT DEDICATED. NEVER MISSES A DAY OF WORK BUT SHE IS SLOW AND SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME ON ONE ROOM. IT TAKES HER 1 HOUR WHEN IT SHOULD only TAKE HER 1/2 HOUR OR LESS. I WANT THE ROOMS CLEAN, BUT DONE QUICKER THAN 1 HOUR. SHE MISSES CORNERS, CANT REACH TUB WALLS ABOVE SHOWER CANT CLEAN UNDER WATER HEAT VENTS ALONG THE WALLS, ETC. SHE CANT GET ON HER KNEES TO CLEAN THE FLOORS, SHE USES A LONG HANDLES BRUSH. ANY IDEAS? I DONT REALLY WANT TO FIRE HER CUZ SHE HAS BEEN WITH US FOR 15 YRS AND VERY DEPENDABLE. ANY SOLUTIONS?

oh wow, I can understand how hard this type of situation may be. You have to put your business first. If you absolutely want to keep her on because of her dedication maybe you can have her work with another cleaner. The other person can do everything she can't. This way the rooms get done quicker so you aren't losing too much by having them work together. I know it's not the perfect solution, but may be the only way to watch out for your business, and keep her on at the same time.
