What are your thoughts on exercise? Do you do some form of exercise daily/weekly? If so, What do you do?

excersise is really good for health. not to become a body builder. but to keep the body healthy. u dont have to go to a gym and do heavy excersises. its enough if u do some mild excersises at home. and ofcourse a good healthy diet is a must. walking for about an hour, skipping and abdomen excersises are the simple things that i do. and it helps a lot!

i think exercise is a must for healthy like..i used walk for 20 minutes early in the morning..it ll make our body fresh and ll make us to come out of our laziness..

I like to walk and lift weights. I walk for an hour every day after work every other day I lift weights (5lbs)

I believe everyone should get some type of exercise. I ride my bike 10 miles every other day. On the off days, I exercise with a Denise Austin tape for my abs.

Exercise increases the "happy hormone" levels, that´s why people feel better after working out. I do Yoga every day and find it extremely beneficial. It sets your mind at rest and makes your muscles firmer.

do your works for your selfs.that washing clothes washing vessels,what ever the other works do it ur self.it is also 1 type of excercise.

Yes I do, I work out about 4-5 times a week. I kind of switch it up with routines though. I usually go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for about 30 minutes, then go on the elliptical ( my favorite ) for another 30 minutes. Then I do circuit training with weights. Some others days I just run, maybe a 1 or 2 miles. If I get bored with doing that I will sometimes do workout videos with my friends because they are fun! lol
