Skirts are definitely sexier. Showing legs is always sexy (if you have a nice pair, of course)! But I have to say that a pair of jeans with stilettos at feet are soooo sexy!!!

Depends on the length of the skirt and the fit of the jeans. Skinny legs are sexier than knee length a-line skirts, but mini skirts are sexier than baggy saggy jeans :)
