It is Thursday and usually it is the day my two sons make a meal for our family. However they are sick so its my turn to fill in. I do not have the ingredients for chili but I have hamburger. I think they are way too tired with hamburgers or meatloaf. Any sugguestions to keep a meat loving husband content? I want to make him happy tonight I goofed last night with the meal.

If it involves hamburger i have a great suggestion that may be new to you as i never had a recipe for this i just threw it together one night. After you cook your hamburger than add a can off mushroom soup to it and then put it into a baking dish! While you are cooking the hamburger get a good amount of potatoes boiling as you also need mashed potatoes. After you have your potatoes mashed then you can put them on top of your hamurger and mushroom soup. You can top it after with a can of corn and even mushrooms if you want. Once you do that then put it into the oven and let it bake. If you do not want to add mushrooms or corn on top then you can also mix it into the hamburger and mushroom soup mixture and just top it with potatoes. If you do this add two cans of soup rather than one! Once it browns take it out and Vola a wonderful home made and healthy meal for a meat lover such as your husband!!! God Bless you and your family!!!
