Are you a consensus taker? Do you wait till everybody answers and see what they say before forming your own opinion?

I am not a consensus taker. I want to always say what I think and to tell the truth. Other people's ideas are not necesarily bether than what you think and believe. Do not rely on other people to do your thinking for you.
