How do you maintain your health

No I don't. I just make sure I have a positive mind. Try to avoid stress (if possible) and exercise when I have the chance. Love myself and give love to my husband. A healthy mind will affect the body's health automatically.

Yes, I agree with you.Prophet Muhammad also said:"A healthy mind come from a healthy body".So the body and mind always need each other.It also all about our second mind which in malay we call "minda separa sedar".For me I'll try to have my own time to make sure I can exercise at least half an hour at once.

No way thats too often health check every 12 months is the suggested ratio. I wish you would tell us your answer when you post a question though :(

For me I'll see the doctor when I get illness.For dentist I'll see him 4-6 month for once.Thank you for you response my friend.Have a great day.

I'm a health concious individual yet I was not that much to see the doctor every month lol! I maintain a healthy living by drinking green tea which in antioxidant and help fights cancer cell also carrots and brocolli, I do some rigorous excercise and some sport which are taekwondo and tennis on weekends and most of the time a workout in the house following a DVD aerobic. If we really want to stay healthy we think healthy by not just eating proper diet or excercising but also feeding the mind with informative materials in which can help to stay healthy.

NO, I don't go to the doc every month. I get my annual check ups, and if anything else is up, I'll go. I used to be medicated for a heart condition, which I needed twice a year check ups, but unless I am sick, I go once a year and that's it. I maintain my HEALTH by exercising, eating well and reducing stress in my life. I don't need to see the doctor often, because I believe good exercise and a healthy diet are the best I can do to stay in tip top shape.

I'm agree with you. I also mantain my health with exercise,eating well and try to be a happy person without stress.I'm jogging with my friend at least 3 times per week.
