I sent a query to myLot 4 days ago with no response. Should I wait a little longer or re-send it? I don't wish to be thought "pushy" or impatient.

4 days is plenty of time for a response even if it is a 'boilerplate' reply saying 'thanks for your ticket' or whatever. A sign of a good site is their ability to keep in touch with clients.

I'm going by rainbow up above's response....re-sent it at the six day point. They've obviously been busy with the new lay out and maybe there are glitches that need resolving. My first query was answered right away. Doesn't really matter I guess because my referrals are not doing much.

If it is important I'd send it again, I once sent a message 4 times before it was sorted out, can't remembmer what for but it was ok in the end. Another time they got back to me the next morning. Hope it is sorted out soon!

I'd say give them another day. They probably have many others on here trying to query them as well.
