Does your other half shed hair. How about to the point that it covers the bathtub and floor. Would you clean it or make him/her clean it themselves. I am a stay at home mom and I keep my home fairly clean, but this just irratates me to no end. I can pick up dirty clothes and dishes and clean coffee spots off the floor, but it just groses me out about the hair. And it dark, so when you have friends over it is kinda embarassing if the use your private bathroom. I make sure the main one that me and my son use is pristine, but other one I just clean once or twice a week. What do you think?

I have this thing about hair. I do not like it on anything besides a person's head. ha ha So, I would not be able to stand it on the floor to the point that I would be probably be cleaning it every day with a dust buster. ha ha At one point, I got upset because my partner would leave whiskers all over the bathroom sink. He would not shave for a week or so and then would have to thin it out with buzzers before he could shave it off. Then...he would not clean up his mess. I DID get sick of doing that! So, I started to leave it and made sure that no one used my bathroom. When he finally realized that I was not clean, he mentioned it. I told him that if he was not going to clean up after himself when he makes a mess like that, I would not clean it either. Well, that solved it. Occasionally he will still do it...but it is fair less frequent. And as for the bathtub...can't help it. I have to clean that too. It bothers me to no end if I do not and I would not want to shower if I didn't. So, I have to clean it.

Yea, I clean the bath tub every day becuase of that, but the floor is differnt. I used to clean it up after every shower until I moved last year into another apartment. The bathroom is like a stall in Walmart and hard to get around in. I will clean everything else. I have left it now for a week (the floor that is) and he still has not said a thing. I think I should hand him the dust pan or a note statin "No clean floor, No clean body" or something else stupid like that.

I'm the one who sheds in my house. Well, me and the dogs. I have long black hair, and I try to keep it cleaned up. I always clear the drain after I shower, and I clean my brush after I use it. But still, my hair shows up everywhere. My boyfriend shaves his face (but wears moustache and goatie), and about once every two weeks, he shaves his head. I never have to clean up after him. He is very good at cleaning up after himself. He even prefers to do his own laundry. Yes, I know how lucky I am, and I make sure he knows how lucky I am.

Thats cool. I am glad you have someone like that in your life. I also like the fact you clean your hair and not expect others to do it. I shed too, some times more than others, but my hair is light red and long. I clean mine up and do the same thing. Our cat has (never thought of this) has blonde hair, not a orange tabby, but a almost complete blonde/cream tabby. He sheds a lot, but I just vacume it up.

I am the "shedder" in our family. I just take a second to pull it out of the tub after showering so it doesn't clog the drain. The floor has to be swept regualrly anyway. What bugs me is when he shaves. Little, short, black hairs that are so tiny they end up everywhere!

Yep, that is alot of hair. My husband used to when he had long hair. He doesn't anymore, but when he shaves he leaves alot of hair around the sink area and I get to clean it afterwards.
