Why does myLot pay us?

I finally found a site that really pays but my question is why do they do it? I know, their answer is they just want to provide a venue for internet users to interact, have fun, etc, etc. But why do they do it? I have nothin against this, it's good to earn right? Im just curious. what do they get from this? I don't see any advertisements, they couldn't be earning from advertisers. Could anyone clear this up? It's just an innocent question

you see, the trend from internet is moving to web 2.0 platform and right now getting to web 3.0.. which mean the user interaction, the way that the user can interact each other, get high priority. and from this point, myLot and us in the same position (i think). win to win solution, we get the money and myLot also get the money too..

aling tindera, just be active and participate in the discussions here, and do your best to achieve the minimum amount,and once you get paid tell us so that we will know if this site is real and it pays okey?
dont think of any negative things as earning is a risk.so try to be positive.
