What makes you freak out?

Are you the one that easily freak out?? What are the situation that freaks you out?? Is there any particular event or situation that really freaks you out and what are those situation the you remember that freaks you out?

I don't deal with busy & crowded places very well at all. It makes me get anxious & stressed & has even given me panic attacks in the past. I have had similar problems on buses. I don't deal with being confined well at all.

I dont use to deal with busy places I dont also like going there. Its good if you are preventing to go to places you dont like to for you to prevent to freak out.

But sometimes it's difficult to avoid them, or you'll end up a recluse.
