Do you have time for breakfasts?

Do you have time for breakfasts on normal working days? It is the most important meal of the day. But I never have time for breakfasts. The maximum I had is 5 minutes.

yes , being the most important meal of the day i surely find enough time to have my breakfast in a proper manner. I think each one of us should try and do this as it helps you in being lively the entire day out! But please donot have a heavy breakfast or else you'll fall asleep at work..lol. Its important to have it in the right quantity and most importantly "have it" Skipping the breakfast leads to a lot of problems later on in life.

I ALWAYS make time for breakfast. Besides the fact that it is my favorite meal, it ALSO gets your metabolism going for the day, which can actually mean eating breakfast helps you LOSe weight!

I think you should make a point to wake up earlier then. I'm not working now but even when I was, I always made time for breakfast or else my stomach will start growling when I'm teaching my students. Besides that, I'll also suffer from gastric pains :)

I always don't have enough time to have a good breakfasts. I get sleep lately, and I sleep until 8:00 in the morning, my work time is 9:00, so the time is urgent, I sometimes don't eat anything. I know the breakfast is important to people health, but it cannot affect people's health immediatly, so people don;t notice it. I think I will have breakfast if I get enough sleep.

Yes,It is difficult.But,I will find some time to have Breakfast. It is very important because the stomach will be empty for a long time.. And the adcids discharged to digest the food will not find any thing if you dont have breakfast. It is not good.so,find some time and have some thing instead of keeping the stomach empty.

i get enough time to eat breakfast,or i make it.i agree with you.it is the mosrt important meal of the day,i sometimes skip lunch though.my sister always says that she has that problem.my advice to all of you are that breakfast is an important meal and skipping it is making room for stomach ailments.so try to atleast have a fruit as breakfast.

Yep I love a good breakfast on a morning! Very rarley miss breakfast, if you have only a short time why not make something up the night before and then take it out with you and get it as soon as it is possible Lynn-Marie

No, I never have time. I take it w/me and eat it sometime during the morning. a yogurt and 2 cheese sticks. Lasts me until lunch time.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but we hardly make time to sit and eat a hearty breakfast. We are always on the run due to our busy schedules. I am a home maker hence am in no hurry to go anywhere in the morning. I make sure I eat a proper breakfast and a particular time everyday.

I rarely eat breakfast. I'm getting better about it though. Even if its just a piece of toast. Today I had eggs with cheese and ham. I shouldn't have had it though. I'm very picky with eggs. If I'm not in the mood, they make me VERY sick. And my tummy hurts now. I'm a very picky egg eater. Hard boiled eggs with a little salt are my favorites. I should probably just try to get some english muffins for breakfast. I love those!

I'm terrible about making time for breakfast. I either grab an extra 15 minutes of sleep or get a jump start on my workday instead. A lot of times I live on caffeine until noon. Every few months, I sit back and think about how breakfast is the most important meal of the day, how I'd be better fueled for the work I have to do if I'd get something nutritious in my system, and so on. I do well for a week or two, and then slip back into old habits.
