Which will satisfy an Employee to work ?

Every employee has some reason to quit a job ...it may be because of following facts...
1.Unsatified salary
2.Dislike to work in that technology.
3.Company environment .
4.Not good relationship fellow workers and etc...
So,post me your views what may be the exact reason for all the employees....

well i think d most imp factor according me in chronological order would be
1. less amount of salary and perks
2.unfriendly working place
3.may be got an another offer from another co better den current one.
4. fed up of same and monotonous work. no new challenges.
