Anyone else read these books? They are so quick to read for long books and so addictive. They're not really romance novels or historical fiction, but I love them!

Not only have I read these books, I have an autographed, hard cover copy of A Breath of Snow and Ashes (the most recent installment). I was very lucky in that one of my friends lived near to where she gave a reading last year, and was able to snag a copy for me and herself. It makes me giddy. The characters are so wonderfully complex and well-developed and the story! Oh, the story! *swoon*

I love this series. I have to agree that they are addictive too. I read them all seperately and then after all were out, I read them again all in a row. I love to read and read fairly fast. It is perfect that it is like one long story. I really wish I could find a time portal and go back and have an adventure with my own Highlander hunk!

I know, they make me laugh and cry and even think! I love the way Claire has to make do with the medical apparati of the 18th century, poor dear. The info about the herbal remedies is neat, too.
