Keep the ball rolling be a friend to NEW myLot members

We should keep the ball rolling by passing good information to some Mylot members who are still guessing what to do in myLot by answering thier questions and not ignoring them and leaving them wandering what to do.
Sometimes we encounter same questions again and again but we should still answer them for they need to hear from us. Be a friend to everyone let us give them a chance to speak up what's on thier mind.
Do you keep the ball rolling or you just mind your own discussions and ignore the new members?

That's very kind of you and I fully agreed with you on this as me too was always try my best to helping those new members from time to time provided I did come across any of them who need help. I guess half my friends were those whom I responses or answers their questions when they just joined the forum. I think its always good to treat all members regardless new or old here as a members of mylot big family and try our best to help each others when needed.

I really think we really have to treat new member fairly and give them equal opportunity to be heard and enjoy thier day posting on my lot.

You are right. We can always point newcomers in the right direction. Even if we are not sure of the answer, we can tell them to look at the FAQ's. I try to answer my friends discussions first and then I go and look for other discussions. I try and answer new members too.

That is a real good thought and a great gesture from us to our new members.I really used to feel lost initially though people out here were very helpful and warm.We should pass on the same gesture.This is the least we could do.

You're right about this. Although it seems as if people are asking the same questions over and over again, we have to remember that there are new people starting here every day. If they need to ask questions I will be glad to help out if I can. I know that all new members should read the guidelines and that should explain everything that they need to know, but we also have to remember that many users are not proficient enough at understanding the English language and may have trouble comprehending the guidelines.
I also try to answer a few discussions started by new users each day just to help them out.

Certainly true laurie. There are lots of members came from different part of the world and they can't really comprehend very well or even take a peak on the guidelines they just start posting and asking that's why I really think we should help them out.
