Is using razor to remove unwanted hair is good

Is removing unwanted hair using razor is safe. I heard that it cause more rapid growth of hair but is less hurting than other method and less time consuming

razor is not good to remove unwanted hair . ya its a less time consuming but after that hair growth is more. so i think use hair remover cream for unwanted hair.
