Are you a list maker?

I know I am. I make lists for everything. I make lists for what I want to accomplish during the day, or week. I make lists for trips such as camping or an outing with friends or family of things that I should get and things that I need to do before the trip. I make lists of everything. I've found that I really like making them and crossing the things off as I go. I like seeing them disappear. I also like the fact that it keeps me organized. How about you? Are you a list maker?

Yes I am a real list maker. I list all the things from the daily menu, budget, expenses, the grocery list, the activity for the day. I found it so helpful to list all the things to prioritize what is in the top list. Keeping a list making me stick to the budget and not over spend a lot!

I try and do that too! It helps me stay in line because I know what I have to do first, not what I think I should do. It's like a red flag that goes off in my mind with a priortized list.

Right. I'm usually pretty good with keeping things in my head. I usually have no problem deciding what I need to do, and what needs to be done first. However, sometimes I like having nice laid out lists because I like keeping organized.

Only when I definately need to remember something. The only problem is remembering where the list got to.

Well, I try to make a list of things that I have to do, or errands that I have to run. I mentally list down the things and then remind myself to take note of that but, a few hours later, I always forget to make the list and end up forgetting a lot of my errands. LOL.

Guilty as charged! I write a list, mark off what I get done, and then when I'm down to one more thing, I transfer it to a new list, so I don't forget it! But I must admit, todays list ended with washing the floor and I threw it out! I know it has to be done and will most likely add it tomorrow, but for now I'll read and type! Have an organized day! Peace, FranMc

i make lists for many things. like the groceries and things i have to get done during the day. if i don't have a list i will forget something and i'll be lost. i am a fairly organized person so lists are essential.

I used to be just like you when i was younger and believe it or not you just took me down a trip through memory lane. I actually am thinking now of doing this again as i used to love being so organized and since i have had my two daughters it makes that much more complicated. I think that i will make a list when i am done here on how i will make more time for me and start organizing our days ... LOL!!! Great post!!

As I've heard It's good for you to list things. But I just can't make myself to do it! making lists may also save time. But I guess I'm too lazy...

I make lists for everything. Everything is organized and set in its proper place and I have a double cross-referenced list on my computer and a print-out filed in the file cabinet. I can't help it. I need things where I can find them. If I write it down or type it out, I can remember it clearly later photographically. Go Lists!

Yes, I will quite often create a list as I'm a very forgetful person at times and become distracted quite easily. Most often I will create a list when I go grocery shopping, but I've also been known to leave the list at home on the counter (that helps, eh?). Sometimes when I'm not feeling very self-disciplined I will create a list for chores that I have to complete throughout the house, I see it as basically ordering myself to do it so it actually gets done!

Yeah I make lists when I go shopping of everything that I need. I also make lists of goals that I want to accomplish.

I make lists when i feel as if i have an awful lot to do. That way i know exactly what i need to do and exactly what i have done. It also gives you a great sense of achievement crossing everything off the list then binning it. :]
