What is something you have learned in life that you would like to share with others? Is there some time where you wish you could have gone back and told yourself something? What have you learned and what can you teach others? I have learned not to sweat the small stuff. I used to worry a lot - mostly about what others thought of me. Now, I think I have more confidence. I do what I want for the most part and if someone doesn't like it or like me... their loss.

My husband always get's embarrassed for me when I go out in public like if I'm going to get the mail or groceries and I'm wearing my Victoria Secret Pink sweats. He's like-- you really shouldn't wear that in public, what are peopel going to think? I'm like, you know what-- I don't care. If someone passes judgement on me just because I'm wearing what I'm wearing-- then, that's on their conscious-- not mine! I've just learned to be comfortable in my skin & love the person I am & I don't care what other people think! I've been reading a book & it's all about finding your authentic self & it says to live in the moment and be who you are and wear what you want to wear & it just kind of gave me permission to forget about what everyone else thinks & do what I want!!

That is great. You have such a good attitude. What is the book called that you are reading? It sounds interesting. I love wearing sweats by the way. they are so comfortable.

I can simply tell you that when things look really bad to you. They can really be deceiving for there is always worse that could have happened and have happened to others. We cannot always recognize bad or good when it happens. We cannot know what is in the future and what bad has befallen us may be preparing us. The good that appears to be is often setting us up for a fall. My worst times were immediately after I really truly thought life couldnt get any better for me. I am very careful to think that life is as good as it gets any more.

Oh so many life lessons! First of all, I wish I had listened to my parents and grandma more. It's true no matter how impossible they may make us feel at times, they still know better. Another lesson, I've met guys who were disrespectful of their mothers, it's true that if they don't respect their mothers, it will be hard for them to respect any woman for that matter. If a guy is a cheater, he is always a cheater. If a guy is irresponsible and doesn't pay child support, if you have kids, he will not really be a good provider either and if you break up, he will not support your kids.
