Chicken Pork Adobo ( Pinoy's Best! )

we love to cook & eat this pinoy dish even we are here abroad already. i do the simple or basic recipe of this with soy sauce & vinegar only. anybody who can share some special recipe for the best CPA - chicken pork adobo! for sure this is really great with garlic rice or bagoong rice with green mango strips.

that's my specialty, myfriend. C.P.A. :) my officemates love the dish and so most of the time when chicken and pork were still very affordable, i used to bring some in the office at least once a month. Lutonng pinoy are the best. Try pinakbet ilokano as its pair.

I love CPA, I always crave for it everytime I'm hungry and have nothing else in mind to eat!;) It's so simple and easy to cook, just put on a dash of pepper, minced garlic, chopped/sliced onions, laurel leaf, vinegar and soy sauce, put in all the ingredients and set to boil. Also we can add up some sliced pineapple rings and syrup or a tsp. of sugar for a sweet-sourly taste. We can also put some green chillies on it..

and now i'm hungry! lol! this is one of my favorite pinoy dish. so yummy! i can eat it everyday, (ooops! cholesterol alert!) or maybe every other day!
