Well I'm a guy, don't really receive flowers, but wouldn't mind receing. Flowers is mostly to girls/women. I give my girlfriend flowers somehow often, and not really on occasion. It could be any day, anytime and anytime of the year. Yes, I am a surprising and romantic boyfriend.

i hate to receive flowers. i think it's a waste of money. they just die in a couple of days and then go in the trash. if someone were to pick me flowers outside in a field though that would be ok cause they didn't waste there money and that's more meaningful.

Well, that is just so sweet of you to od that. I like to get floweres maybe once in awhile and not all the time. So, it gets to be romantic that way.
