Pastor's Anniversary Announcement

I am needing to locate an example of an invitation to my Pastor's first year anniversary. I have to do 3 different type of letters. One for the dignitaries of the City, and State Officials and one for churches. I am concerned regarding the specific letter for the dignitaries fore I need the wording to be very professional, addressing the official in his or her professional capacity.
