I'm going to a friends wedding tomm night, and another one day after. Me and maybe 2/3 friends would be contributing and giving a nice gift - I REALLY don't know what to give. I mean, cash is good and useful too but it doesn't look too good.. HELP me please. I'm like SOOO out of ideas.

Didn't they have a registry where you could go and check it out for what would be good for you guys to gt together on and get for them. Barring that maybe you could find a certificate for dinners every Friday night for a couple of months or something like that. Good luck finding just that perfect gift!!

Honestly, Travellers Checks are a great wedding gift. They can use them on the Honeymoon, or when they return to town. Of course, presentation is key. Maybe get a nice picture frame (later to be used for wedding pictures) and "frame" the checks. Two gifts in one!

I'm probably too late with this post, since you're probably at the wedding now (although maybe not, depending on what time it is there). I always give money as a wedding gift. Most often people here buy gifts from the bride's registry for the bridal shower and then give cash for the wedding. The cash helps to offset what they couple pays for the reception, and it also allows them to pick out something that they want together. Hope you enjoyed the wedding!

I am so tempted to tell you to go to my web site! But since the wedding is tomorrow I would say that one can never have enough good towels, especially good bath sheet towels that you can completely wrap yourself up in. Just one set of these is usually within just about anyone's budget. You can add to it with a gift from Bath and Body Works (or Wal-Mart Brand) for her, and something similar for him. Whatever you do, relax, no one is going to care what you gave anyway, they are all going to be too busy concentrating on how the couple respond to their gift and then they will leave ~Donna

What about a painting related to that special occasion. You can get it cheap nowadays, thanks to the Internet. Simeple send a picture to http://www.paintyourlife.com/ of what you want and they have artists to make your painting and deliver it to your door. Karl
